Weekly Rentals:

The standard typology is one that foresees a Friday - Friday stay

Short Stays and non Fri-Fri stays:

It is possible to make shorter stays starting from 5 nights and non Friday-Friday stays, except during the months July and August

Weekly prices per date 

• January till May 2750

• June 3350

• July - August 3950

• September 3350

• October - December 2750

This price includes: 

• gas for cooking use, electricity, water, weekly linen, initial and final cleaning, park and pool maintenance, internet wireless connection

On request: 

• Heating of the pool till 28°C (€ 140/week)

• Extra cleaning (€ 25,00/hour/cleaner), extra linen change (€ 15,00/person), heating (on consumption up to date market prices).
